Standing posture

Osage is not itself a publicly traded entity. The diaspora’s investment activity is conducted through three sister vehicles, by reference, on standing terms: Osage Capital, Osage Fund, and Osage Management. Subscription is limited to accredited investors and qualified purchasers as defined under U.S. federal securities law and equivalent definitions in partner jurisdictions. We do not conduct a public offering.

Why investors hold positions with us

  • Decade-plus horizon. Standard hold periods of five to ten years; some vehicles are open-ended.
  • Concentration over diversification. Few positions, deeply understood; balance-sheet discipline; no leverage at the vehicle level.
  • Operating involvement. Where we hold meaningful stakes, we serve on boards and contribute operationally.
  • Drawdowns are tolerated; permanent loss of capital is not.
  • No anonymous-token positions. No regulatory-arbitrage vehicles. Anything our compliance committee will not put a name to.

Reporting

  • Annual letter to limited partners, written by the underwriter.
  • Audited financials, prepared by an independent firm.
  • Quarterly statements with full position-level attribution.
  • No public daily NAV. The vehicle is not a brokerage account.

Eligibility

Subscription requires completion of full identity, accreditation, and beneficial-ownership diligence through osage.id. Documents are signed and held under the same KMS posture as the rest of the ecosystem. Standard minimum is one million U.S. dollars per subscriber; lower minimums available for tribal-treasury counterparties.
